Every turnover covers full cleaning of all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living areas; changing and pressing all linen; restocking bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper); and a photo-verified completion report. Our 30+ point checklist ensures nothing is missed between guests.
Turnaround time depends on villa size. A 2-bedroom villa typically takes 3–4 hours; a 5-bedroom villa 6–8 hours. For same-day turnovers (check-out and check-in on the same day), we require notification by 8am and prioritise your villa in our schedule.
We work with owner-supplied linen as standard. If you need a full hotel-quality linen supply and laundry service, we can arrange this through our linen partners on Koh Samui. Contact us to discuss the add-on.
For longer stays (typically 7 nights or more), a mid-stay clean is recommended: linen change, bathroom restock, and general tidy of all areas. It improves the guest experience significantly and often results in better reviews. We can schedule mid-stay cleans automatically based on your booking calendar.

Yes. In addition to standard turnovers, we offer quarterly deep cleans covering items not done in routine turnovers: appliance interiors, grout cleaning, external furniture scrubbing, fan blade cleaning, and air-conditioning filter washing. Deep cleans are priced separately and recommended before every high season.
