1 A Warm Welcome
Sawasdee krub/ka, and welcome to your home for the next few days. We have stocked the villa, briefed the team, and put a few small touches together — we hope you spot them. Our promise: any issue, big or small, gets handled fast and gracefully. Just message.
2 Your Host Team
You will meet a real person on arrival — we do not use self check-in. During your stay, your dedicated guest-relations contact is on call 24/7.
3 Arrival & Check-In
Standard check-in is from 3:00 PM. We are happy to store luggage earlier and let you use the pool while housekeeping finishes up.
- Send your flight number 24 hours before arrival.
- A team member will meet you at the villa for the walk-through.
- Original passports are needed only briefly for the Thai immigration TM.30 registration — we hand them straight back.

5 House Rules
- Quiet hours are 10 PM – 8 AM — respectful neighbours.
- No parties or events without written approval.
- Maximum guests stated on your booking; extras must be cleared with us first.
- Pets only at pet-friendly properties (your booking will say).
6 Wi-Fi & Tech
Network names and passwords are printed on a card by the entertainment centre and on the fridge. The villa has fibre with strong coverage indoors and on the terrace. Smart TVs come signed-in to Netflix; please log out of any personal accounts before departure.

11 Getting Around
The island is a 50 km loop — you can drive it in 90 minutes without traffic.
- Private driver (most relaxed) — arrange via concierge.
- Self-drive car — SUVs and automatics, delivered to the villa.
- Scooter (read the riding guide first) — rental info.
- Bolt and Grab apps work island-wide.
12 Health & Emergencies
- Tap water is not potable. Tooth-brushing is fine.
- Pharmacies in Chaweng and Bo Phut stock everything you need without a prescription.
- Mosquito repellent in the villa — ask housekeeping to refill any time.
- Travel insurance is essential, especially if riding a scooter.
13 Departure & Reviews
Standard check-out is 11:00 AM. Late check-out is sometimes possible — ask the day before.
- Strip nothing — housekeeping handles linens.
- Leave kitchen used items by the sink, fridge as you found it.
- Air-conditioning off, doors locked — team member will be there for the walk-out.
