Common Questions
Do I have to pick the bundle or can I take just one upgrade?
Pick as many or as few as you want. The bundle is just there for guests who want everything — and saves you 10% versus à la carte.
Can I add upgrades after I've already booked?
Yes — up to 7 days before arrival for the bundle, and up to the morning before for individual upgrades like breakfast or a single transfer. Just WhatsApp us.
Are these prices final?
Prices shown are indicative starting prices. A few villas have slightly higher breakfast or electricity rates (Villa Majesta, for instance, has a larger kitchen and higher electric load). Your final quote always lists each add-on line by line.
What about kids?
Children under 12 get special family rates on most add-ons. We also offer babysitters, nannies, child seats and high chairs — see our family care page for the full list.
Is the chef service ever skipped?
Sometimes our chefs are booked on peak nights (Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve, full-moon weekends). We'll always tell you upfront if a date isn't available so you can plan dinner elsewhere or shift your menu night.
