Chef at Home — Multi-Course Menus in Your Villa Kitchen


Private chef cooks a multi-course Thai, Western or fusion menu inside your villa kitchen on Koh Samui. From ฿1,500 per person. Shopping, prep, plating, cleaning included.

Holiday cooking is overrated. Our partner chefs do the shopping, the prep, the cooking, the plating and the dishes — you sit by the pool and eat. Menus range from a casual Thai night to a full tasting experience. Per-head pricing makes it easier to plan than a restaurant.

What's included

  • Chef shops at Hua Thanon market or Tops, your choice
  • All ingredients, oils, spices and condiments included
  • Multi-course menu — typically 4 courses for ฿1,500 / 6 courses for ฿2,500
  • Optional sommelier service (we add a small wine list, you choose the bottle)
  • Full kitchen clean-up — you wake up to no dishes
  • Dietary requirements (vegan, gluten-free, allergies) handled at no extra cost

Thai Tasting

Som tam, tom yum, massaman lamb, whole grilled snapper, mango sticky rice. The dishes you came to Thailand for, done properly at home.

Mediterranean Garden

Burrata with peaches, hand-cut pasta, grilled local fish with lemon and rosemary, semifreddo. Best with a chilled rosé by the pool.

Fusion Tasting

Six small courses — Thai techniques, modern plating. Smoked tuna with chili lime, scallop in coconut foam, tamarind-glazed duck.

BBQ on the Deck

Charcoal grill on the pool deck, whole fish, prawns, marinated chicken, salads, grilled pineapple. Casual and family-friendly.

How to book

Send us your dates, group size, ages, dietary needs, and a hint of which style appeals — Thai? Mediterranean? Fusion? We send a draft menu within 24 hours. Finalise 48 hours before the dinner.

Minimum group

Four guests minimum. For couples, ask about our "Romantic Dinner with Chef" — same menus, smaller portions, slightly higher per-head.
