Event & Wedding Villas in Koh Samui

Event-ready villas are a specific category: flat lawns or terraces for sit-down dinners, staff kitchens that can handle caterers, parking for 10+ cars, sound ordinance up to a reasonable hour, and — critically — neighbour relationships that make events welcome rather than tolerated. We list only villas we have personally run events at. For weddings we include a planner-handover package; for retreats we can block-book the villa plus two neighbours to give you up to 30 bedrooms on one property.

Who it suits: Destination weddings, yoga and wellness retreats, milestone birthdays, corporate off-sites.

What you should expect to pay: Event villas charge a night rate plus an event fee (typically THB 30,000–120,000 depending on guest count). Minimum 3-night bookings are standard.
