    Direct booking commission

    We refer guests directly to you — no booking platform taking 15–25%. Our partners earn more per booking because we keep the chain short. Commission arrangements are transparent and agreed upfront.

    Priority placement in concierge recommendations

    Every villa we manage has a curated guest guide. Vetted partners appear in the dining, wellness and activities sections that guests read before they even land. This is earned placement, not paid advertising.

    Co-branded marketing opportunities

    When it makes sense, we create joint content — destination guides, seasonal packages, email features — shared with our owner and guest audiences. We'll only do this if it genuinely adds value for both sides.

Manage Villas Under the Mr Property Siam Brand


Two kinds of people we want to hear from: experienced property managers who already run their own company on Samui (or elsewhere in Thailand) and are open to working under an established brand, and motivated newcomers who want a real career in villa management with proper training and support behind them.

We're expanding to Phuket and Koh Phangan Mr Property Siam was built on Samui. To grow properly we need partners on the ground in our next markets — people who already know the area, the owners, the supply chain. If that's you, this is a conversation worth having.

Proven track record

At least twelve months of active operation on Koh Samui with guest reviews we can read. We are not looking for the newest option — we're looking for the most reliable.

Consistent service quality

The standard on visit 47 should be the same as visit 1. Our guests often return multiple times and notice inconsistencies — your team should too.

Clear communication

Responsive via LINE or WhatsApp, with English-speaking staff for guest interaction. When we send a referral, we need to know you'll respond promptly.

Licensed & insured

Properly registered, insured and compliant with Thai regulations relevant to your sector. This is non-negotiable — it protects our guests and our reputation.
