Villa Manager
- Own the day-to-day operation of 1–2 villas: pre-arrival stocking, guest check-ins, turnover coordination and owner communication
- Build genuine relationships with guests — you are the face they remember, not a logo
- Manage external contractors (pool tech, maintenance, laundry) and hold them to our standards
Guest Relations Coordinator
- First point of contact for all incoming enquiries and active guests — by WhatsApp, email and occasionally in person
- Curate concierge recommendations: restaurants, boat trips, wellness, transfers — tailored to each group's profile
- Coordinate with villa managers and external partners to deliver pre-arrival requests without anything falling through the cracks
Digital Marketing Specialist
- Own the content calendar and organic social channels — real stories, not stock-photo captions
- Write and maintain website content, email sequences and property listing copy across OTA channels
- Track performance honestly: what brings enquiries, what converts, what we should stop doing — and report it plainly

First chat
A 20–30 minute call with one of our team. We want to understand your background and for you to ask us whatever you want.
Team meet
A longer conversation — sometimes in person on Samui, sometimes by video. You'll meet at least two people and we'll share a realistic picture of the role.
Decision
We aim to give everyone a clear answer within two weeks of the final interview — yes or no, with honest feedback either way.
