The current Siam Discoveries pilot supports invited-account enquiries and quotes; payments, supplier messaging and live PMS availability are not connected. Stay bookings retain their separate accommodation terms.
MPS earns a separately agreed referral commission. The default tour flow keeps guest tour money out of MPS. Optional collection or guest-credit arrangements require their own reviewed agreement; a credit entry never proves guest payment.

For the proposed tour referral model, the contracting seller is the verified legal company operating Siam Discoveries. MPS introduces the guest through its chosen catalogue. Before paid sales open, the seller's registered name, tourism licence details, contact and booking terms must be verified and displayed. A brand name or an approved platform profile is not proof of a licence.
Under the default proposed model, no. Tour payment goes directly to Siam Discoveries' contracted merchant account. MPS receives a separately agreed referral commission from Siam Discoveries. The current website records enquiries and quotes; online payment is not connected.
Commission alone does not settle the licensing question. The Department of Tourism looks at the actual tourism business activity. We have not obtained a ruling that exempts MPS. MPS must not assume Siam Discoveries' licence automatically covers a separate company. The exact referral screens, staff role and agreement require Thai tourism-law review before commercial activation.
This is a proposed option, currently unavailable. Adding a charge to a villa statement could mean collection on Siam Discoveries' behalf, an MPS advance with repayment by the guest, or resale by MPS. Those are different contracts and accounting arrangements. Being an MPS villa guest does not itself provide a tourism-licence exemption.
The proposal is that Siam Discoveries remains the seller and creditor; MPS is a disclosed collection agent. The guest terms must state when payment to MPS discharges the guest's obligation to Siam Discoveries, and who bears an agent's failure to remit. This needs an executed collection mandate and legal review. A villa statement alone does not establish those rights.
MPS would be extending an advance or credit arrangement. Its right to recover money from the guest, credit limit, due date, authorisation, unpaid-bill risk and any assignment of debt must be expressly agreed. A credit entry is not money received from the guest and must not mark the tour as guest-paid.
A documented offset or intercompany account may be proposed for amounts the same legal entities genuinely owe each other. Both sides need booking-level statements and agreed settlement rights. VAT, withholding and invoicing may still apply even if cash is netted. Credit does not cancel a supplier liability or create a licensing exemption. Settlement must not use villa owners' rent proceeds or guest deposits without a valid, separately authorised basis.
It increases MPS's involvement and must be assessed with the actual selling and booking activity. If MPS sells in its own name, chooses or changes tour terms, confirms tours or bundles stays and tours, its own tourism-business licensing position needs review. Money routing and an iframe are not exemptions. Collection-only status cannot be guaranteed from the available guidance.
No. An enquiry requests availability. Quote acceptance requests booking under the displayed terms. A confirmed booking and voucher follow only after the fulfilling business records supplier confirmation and applicable capacity checks pass. A voucher does not prove payment.
The contracting seller handles the tour request under the accepted booking terms and applicable consumer rights. MPS can help route the request but must not promise a refund on another business's behalf. A cancellation status is separate from a completed refund. Supplier cancellation, unsafe weather, guest cancellation and no-show terms must be agreed before booking.
No. MPS stays retain their own accommodation provider, terms and availability confirmation. The tour referral model does not automatically redirect stay payments or replace the accommodation contract. No combined stay-and-tour package is currently sold through this collection.
The written agreement must define the commission base, when it is earned, refunds, tax invoices, withholding certificates and settlement dates. No commission rate is automatically assigned. Thai company service payments commonly attract 3% withholding depending on classification; taxable turnover and VAT status must be checked across the business. The accountant must determine the treatment of collection, advances and offsets.
Requests are attributed to the selected host collection. The guest, fulfilling business and attributed partner can access the request within their authorised scope. Supplier and driver information should be limited to what is needed for service delivery. The final data-sharing agreement and retention schedule are pending; public QR codes do not contain guest contact or price details.
Not yet. Signed-in enquiries, quotes, resource/departure planning, manual confirmation and private QR voucher/check-in features are implemented. Automated supplier LINE/email messages, driver login/GPS, online payments, villa-bill settlement and live PMS availability are not connected. Public registration and recovery are still being verified; existing invited members can sign in.
No. They are discussion drafts for a Thai lawyer, accountant and the participating companies. Blank commercial fields and legal launch conditions are intentional. Downloading a draft, selecting a catalogue or having an account does not execute a contract or establish a licence.
The model is a proposal, not a licence ruling. A Thai tourism lawyer/Department of Tourism should assess the actual screens, staff activity and agreements. An accountant should confirm invoices, withholding, VAT and any credit/offset treatment.
